Our 96 guest frame tent package comes with:

  • 20’x 40′ High Peak Tent
  • 96 White Chairs 
  • 12 Tables (8′ Banquet)

Make the party planning process simple for your next event. Frame tents are perfect for areas where only a portion of the tent can be stake, or stakes can’t be used at all. Our packages include set up and take down of the tent. An optional service of set up and take down of the tables and chairs are available for an additional cost.

Setup will be the Thursday or Friday before your event. Breakdown will be Sunday or Monday after your event.

Setup needs to be on a grass area with the ability to use stakes

  • 20'X40' High Peak Frame Tent

    Our 20x40 High Peak tents are great for weddings, outdoor parties, corporate events, or any special occasion. This tent will seat 100 guests at maximum capacity. We recommend using our 12-8ft banquet tables (seats 96) under the tent. Our tents are always anchored safely and properly installed. If accommodating a bar area and/or buffet-style catering this tent can seat 50 guests with buffet-style catering and/or dance floor. 

    Setup will be the Thursday or Friday before your event. Breakdown will be Sunday or Monday after your event.

  • White Folding Chair

    This 650 lb. Capacity Premium White Plastic Folding Chair is a convenient option for weddings, school functions, barbecues, game night, and catering events.

Your guests step right up and select a still shot, animated GIF or boomerang GIF.  After selecting their experience, they can choose a digital prop to interact with. When their session is complete, GIFs or still images are delivered to your guests' smartphones.  Other fun features include custom filter or have the green screen experience without the green screen.

    No props or backdrop required or included, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like!

    One machine will include and deliver frozen about 100 frozen drinks or "2 batches" you can have up to 2 different flavor choices per machine.

    Your drinks will be ready in about 30 minutes indoors, outside on hot days, about 60 min. 

    All mixes are non-alcoholic, but alcohol can be added. Renter is responsible for the purchase and addition of alcohol: If desired, approximately 2-3 liters per batch

    The machines come on a wheeled cart and we ask that you leave them on the cart. They require a standard 120V outlet. Since they draw about the same amps as a refrigerator or freezer, they MUST be plugged into a circuit that does not already have a large appliance. 99.9% of any machine problems that arise are caused by the machine sharing a circuit with an inflatable jumper, a disc jockey set-up, a freezer or refrigerator, nacho cheese warmer, etc. THIS IS CRITICAL!
