They were absolutely amazing! I was planning last minute due to changes in schedules and they were very accommodating!!!! Very polite over the phone and booked me at a normal rate and didn’t jack prices bc of “holiday weekend.” They also were very courteous and professional when installing the water slide…I highly recommended them to everyone!

Everyone at Party Favor Event Rentals was nice and prompt to answer questions from the beginning of the rental process to the end. Despite having a power outage just after they arrived on the day of our event, they returned promptly after word that the power was back on and still had our water slide ready to go on time. They let my daughter test it out and gave clear instructions. Guests enjoyed the water slide. Tear down and pick up the next day was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience! Our slide was set up an hour earlier than first quoted. The guys that set it up were super friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips on managing and cleaning the slide. We received all the items we rented just as they said and everything was clean and ready to go. Thank you for the great experience! Just used Party Favor this past weekend. We were scrambling during the week and called every jump house business in the Medina County / Cuyahoga County area with no luck on a short notice rental. Called Party Favor on Monday the 15th and to my surprise they had 2 jump house slide combos available so obviously we didn’t hesitate and purchased the rental. Was told the jump house would be delivered and put up by 2pm on Saturday but our party started at 1pm so we were a little nervous about the jump house arriving after the party started. Again to our surprise, the owner Bryon arrived on Saturday morning before 10am and had the house set up and ready to go. I spoke to Bryon on Saturday and he turned out to be a very nice genuine guy. We rented the All American Slide Combo and the kids loved it! My wife and I were more than satisfied with this company and will be using them in the future
